Norwell Youth Lacrosse allows participation by non-residents in the program at all grade levels. The % of non-residents shall not exceed 10% of the total grade level enrollment at a given level during the season.
All participants, and parents, agree to abide by Norwell Youth Lacrosse’s code of conduct policy when registering to participate in the lacrosse program annually. By agreeing to the registration terms online, each parent and player is subject to the policies set forth by the program, and agrees to have these policies enforced upon them and their children.
Player and parent participation in practices, games, and other related lacrosse events within the program are subject to the following code of conduct escalation policy:
Incident 1 -> Players or parents, who use profane language, or engage in a physical altercation, with players, referees, parents, or coaches, which results in ejection from a game, will be removed from the event they are participating in that day, and will sit out the next lacrosse event.
Incident 2 -> Escalation. A second incident during the same season will remove a player/parent from the current event, and the next three events within the season.
Incident 3 -> Escalation. A third incident during the same season will remove a player/parent from the current event, and all remaining events for the season. Additionally, the player and or parent will be removed from the Norwell Youth Lacrosse program for life.
